Welcome to the Adventure Club Program at Hollis Upper Elementary School and Hollis Primary School
Our morning program for the Hollis Upper Elementary School and the Hollis Primary School is held in the cafeteria of the Upper Elementary. At the conclusion of our morning program, students attending Hollis Primary School are bused to their school prior to their first bell.
In the afternoon, all Hollis Upper Elementary (HUES) students meet in cafeteria of the Upper Elementary. All Hollis Primary School students meet in the cafeteria of the Primary School.
We encourage all students to participate in outdoor play each day. On bad weather days, play time is provided in the school gymnasium. We provide a nutritious and delicious breakfast to all participants at our morning program. During our afternoon program, all participants are provided with a nutritious snack.
We like to keep our students busy! Here are examples of our daily morning and afternoon schedules:
Morning Program
6:30 AM Morning program opens for the day.
7:00 – 8:00 Breakfast is served to all program participants.
7:00 – 8:00 Arts, crafts, activities and games.
8:00 – 8:15 Clean up time and dismissal to student classes or busing to Hollis Primary School.
Afternoon Program
3:05 – 3:15 Students arrive and attendance is taken.
3:15 – 3:45 Snacks and drinks are provided to all program participants.
3:45 – 4:15 Homework time, reading time and quiet time.
4:15 – 5:45 Special activities, outdoor activities, gym time, arts, crafts, games and clubs.
5:45 – 6:00 Clean up time and dismissal.
The program closes at 6:00 PM daily.
